Can someone help me find techniques related to belonging in this DVD cover. I can identify them, but really bad in explaining them.

alienation is prevalent within the visual text, demonstrated by the characters gazes. The character gazes are all in disparate directions, symbolic of conflicting perspectives which can present a barrier to belonging.

That's just one idea (sorry bad sentence structure)
