Hey, I've jus got a question.

I've finished my trials. my overall marks for my internal assessment arent so good right now. My uai estimate from my year adviser is 81. but if i do well in the hsc exams, will it push up my marks? or drag it down?? I'm like really scared right now.

Thanks

It will push your marks up.

UAI estimates are not accurate until you get your HSC results back. There is still hope.

yeh, because to my amazement, i did pretty okay in my trials. so im betting everything on my hsc now.
and also, our teachers always say they send boardofstudies or the uac or whoever our RANKS, so do they consider our ranks only or do they consider our internal assessment marks as well??

cheers

I'm pretty sure they hand in your assessment total mark which determines your rank. In the end when all is scaled and aggregated it is the difference between your ranks which matters the most, not the actual rank itself.

they're not gonna punish you for doing well. If you perform better in the hsc than you did on the internals then it can only go up
