Well the Gender issues would involve the different types of views that people have on men and women working in different sectors of the food industry, for example a women working in the agriculture and fisheries sector as a comercial fisherwomen would be a gender issue because in some cases women cannot work in the harder conditions of the ocean. Things that are of a more physical intensity some women can suffer in.
Im not being sexiest as i beleive women can do these things, im just speaking from the society's view.
