A bit of an essay question - I'm unsure about how to talk about fiscal in relation to our current conditions.

Analyse the likely impact of the fiscal strategy of the 2013/14 Federal Budget on economic activity, in the context of the current internal and external economic conditions

You need to first understand what our fiscal strategy was in the current budget - expansionary, contractionary? From there, think about how it will affect unemployment, inflation, external stability, economic growth, income distribution and environmental sustainability.
