heya
bit confused.. working on a practise essay (connections; wit and donne)
i can't read my own writing, and itd be useful if someone can identify what technique this is:
"Though I must goe, endure not yet
A breach, but an expansion"

basically it says 'by moving further apart, our love expands rather than break'

it looks like ive written down 'metallurgy' but that can't be right
anyone know what technique is used here?

Metonymy would look similar to metallurgy, but I don't think it applies here.
