This is that 2001 HSC question, Im pretty sure. Apparently a very hard one, but heres what I think you must put in it:
You should see what global changes (trends.. thats why stats are so important for this section) have occurred in relation to spatial patterns and the nature of the industry and was as in relation to the ecological, economic, political, technological, sociocultural, organisational and biophysical areas and then you relate that to your studied enterprise.
For example, Im doing a winery. There has been a global change in the political arena, with Australia having a trade deal with Thailand. This is meant to increase the wine exports of Australia by up to 15%. This relates to my local enterprise because.. blah blah blah
