[Help] Getting In To Residential Colleges (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I'm currently completing my HSC and definitely considering staying in a residential college at Sydney Uni. Due to the high competition to get into these colleges, what can I do to best ensure I receive an offer? Also any general information regarding the individual colleges (for males) and also, what date is recommendable to apply by?

• Recipient of Year 10 scholarship and Year 11 scholarship for general excellence
• Estimated Atar: ~95-96

Sport

• Cycling: 2nd division cyclist 2011-2013, time trial and road race 2012, competitor in NSW Open Schools Team Triathlon 2012-2013
• Hockey: 2nd division player 2011-2012, 2009 Open Boys High School Team - state finalists
• Cross Country: competed in regional/hunter 2012, qualified 2013

Leadership

• Vice-captain + SRC since year 10

Community service

• Initiator & group leader of youth team for Relay for Life
• Heart Foundation 'Door Knock Appeal'

Super late update, but I got interviews to Wesley, John's & Andrews. Received offers from both John's and Wesley within 24 hours of my interview and I have accepted the offer to go to Wesley!
