Fking government is fking around with us and not changing my name. They keep demanding for more fking documents that do not even exist.


So I just decided to apply for the Aus citizenship with my current name (Passport name). I don't know if I will get the citizenship in time...



I need to apply for Hecs because I can't afford to pay the whole price upfront. In case I don't get the citizenship in time, when can I apply for HECS when I'm in uni?



I am permanent resident now. Also, when do I actually apply for HECS before uni ?

HECS applications are often done during the enrolment process.

you just have to have the citizenship, and hand in the documents u need to the uni before the census date. (Usually around week 5 of the semester)
