Anyway, vague chance that anyone is/was studying Jewish or Hebrew studies at UniMelb to tell me what it's like? I plan to start in second semester. Is there a focus on modern Israel or is it mainly the non-modern history of Jewish civilization?

I'm doing a history of Israel first semester as a breadth. (Not jewish, just find it interesting).

Super. Tell me how it is. Although if you're allowed to study as breadth with a BSc it probs mean i won't be allowed to study it in a BA majoring in Jewish Studies. Melbz Model does my head in.
