Having a math tutorial after a math lecture of a different topic? (1 Viewer)

Is it a bad idea?

It would be more convenient however I don't know if moving to a different topic (MATH1001 Lec to MATH1002 Tut) one after the other will confuse me or affect me in a way,

Any suggestions?

More often that not, absolutely everyone will have a tutorial for subject X next to a lecture for subject Y due to scheduling.

It's like saying your performance in the HSC was compromised because you had English and Maths next to each other.
