How does Shakespeare convey fundamental truths of human existence in Hamlet?
I'm trying to write this essay but so far I've got:
- Thought vs. Action
- Nature/consequences of revenge
- Corruption of the monarchy
- Transience of life
I know what they all are-- but its hard to find examples/quotes to argue!
Can anyone help me with ideas?
For my exam they're gonna give us an extract and a question and we have to talk about either:
- Fundemental truths
- Reflection of time and place
- Characterisation of Hamlet
It's soo hard to prepare!
HOW'S EVERYONE ELSE PREPARING FOR SUCH A BITCHY TOPIC?
