What raw HSC mark would u need to get a scaled mark that lands in band 6?? (if that makes sense..)
If that's true then I must've really stuffed it up last year.Heinz said:Id be more inclined to say mid 90s/120
I'd have to agree with this, going by the 2003 HSC Maths exam. If you could've gotten 115+ / 120, you'd have to be a bloody genius.Heinz said:Id be more inclined to say mid 90s/120
I'm more inclined to think you'd just have to be a reasonably capable 4u student.sHin said:I'd have to agree with this, going by the 2003 HSC Maths exam. If you could've gotten 115+ / 120, you'd have to be a bloody genius.
I guess this would also be true, however, a reasonable 4u student wouldn't be sitting 2u maths anyway (unless done in a prior year).withoutaface said:I'm more inclined to think you'd just have to be a reasonably capable 4u student.
Don't you reckon 50/84 seems too good to be true for a Band E4?withoutaface said:Try Laz's raw--->aligned marks thread and you'll see that it's about 50/84
This person just wants a general idea, and 2u papers won't vary incredible amounts in difficulty with the exception of last year's.shannonm said:depends totally on the paper
questions like this are stupid.
It won't always be that way.~ ReNcH ~ said:Don't you reckon 50/84 seems too good to be true for a Band E4?
