Yes, i know the end of the year is ages away.

But I'm just wondering if anyone could tell me of any shops in Sydney that sell really nice, quirky/different dresses suitable for a year 12 formal?

I know there'll be a few in Surry Hills etc but I'm not real keen on traipsing around Syd all day without any particular direction, so knowing the names of shops would be greatly helpful.

I had a look around Crown Street near Taylor square last week, pretty decent stuff.

Just gotta look under the couch for some money.

haha! I had the same problem with my formal, Check out the website Aussieprom.com they have formal shop listings for every state!! the dresses are so pretty, i wish i was going to my formal again lolll! goooodluck!!! xox

In Dural there is a really nice shop- no one ever thinks of it. I cant remember what its called, but right near the shops.

Also, if you want to spend a bit of money, try Oxford Street.

maybe try newtown, in particular, head into a store called 'pretty dog'. although i've never been in so idk.
