Finding features of prokaryotic cells. (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew which OTHER technological devices can be used to find out the features of prokaryotic cells.

So far I have thought of:
-Using a simple compound light microscope.
-Using an electron microscope to examine its structure, organelles, and features.

I am not really sure if there is any other technological way in finding out these features, but if anyone happens to know I would like to hear so

Well, those are the main ones, but in class I also learnt about biochemical techniques, such as protein sequencing, which can trace metabolic pathways in prokaryotes, revealing the degree of relatedness between different prokaryotic cells.
