Do people actually use them and are they worth getting - what subjects are the better ones?

I like the study guides for business studies and legal studies. the maths ones (3U/4U) arent too brilliant, the pages are cramped up with writing.. i'd rather read from another textbook

The economics one is okay if you just want to summarise all that content into small paragraphs for each syllabus dot point.

Don't get them. You don't need study guides in general.

I have them. I like them. I read them in bed.

I also do my own study

Agreed with above. But if you use them with lots of other resources you will be fine

The one I have for English is pretty good. Gives a pretty good analysis of the book.
