i thought i understood the differences between the 3 staffing systems but i was reading another textbook "nelson business studies" and it said that:
geocentric staffing involves staffing overseas subsidiaries with host country personnel - i thought this one employed the best person regardless of nationality.
it also says that polycentric involves the most capaple person for the job regardless of nationality.
now im confused, i think the text book is wrong but could someone tell me which definition is correct
