This is the place to post your essay questions for those lesser studied national studies, such as Japan, China, India, Australia in the World and Indonesia.

Please make sure it is clear which topic your questions are for!

Please contribute your essay questions, because helping each other means the whole cohort does better, and hence the subject scales higher :)

What texts book do you guys use? Ours was out of print a year when we did China, and that was 3 years ago. It is shitty that resources are so hard to come across, it is such a good course.

Here are some Conflict in the Pacfic 1937-1951 questions:

Evaluate the impact of Japanese imperialism on Asian people in occupied territories in the period up to 1951.

Assess the effectiveness of America's response to Japanese imperialism in the period 1937-1945.

Evaluate the statement that America was justified in using atomic weapons against Japan in 1945.

Assess the differing impacts of the Pacific War on the homefronts of Japan AND EITHER Austrailia OR the USA.

Despite the fact that the minority of the Modern History cohort do this option, it is advantageous in relation to your HSC mark/UAI if you do very well in the question in the HSC.
