I had a question regarding the time allowed in the test. Is the test 1 hour 40min with reading time or without reading time?

Paper 1: 10 minutes reading, 90 minutes writing (so 45 each section ideally)
Paper 2: 5 minutes reading, 120 minutes writing (40 each section)
