on your resume do employers look at your marks from 1st year till you graduate or do they only look at your final year marks at uni?

Generally all marks, but it really depends on what you job you are going for, what they require, what they are looking for. Of course if your marks in first year aren't that great, but improve significantly by final year that would also generally be taken into account. That would look better than having good first year marks and going backwards.

it depends on the person

if they cared about marks when they did uni, they'll care

if they didnt care about marks, and cared about ECs, then they wont care
