Effectiveness of Legals in Work Place Disputes (1 Viewer)

I am struggling with this question, i mainly case studies and topic sentences.
(a) Explain the role of legal measures in balancing the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers.

I find the law reforms questions more manageable but i've kind of neglected this question, can anyone help with me with it?
I know this type you need to talk about

• ADR
• The courts
• Legislation
• Government Agencies

And be able to evaluate how well they are in achieving humans rights
