In some scenarios a rhyming scheme can create a very peaceful and jovial feeling to the poem and if this has any relevance to what the poem is saying that is the only time I would mention it. Other than that it is just good to realise that poems can rhyme and that they can have different structures, you don't really have to look too analytically into it.
