Economics notes - economic issues (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I am just finishing up my notes, and have realised that I have no information on the dotpoint "taxation, transfer payments and other assistance" under the Distribution of Income and Wealth part of the Economic Issues topic. I have been through the notes posted in the resources section, but haven't had any luck finding it there and it isn't in ANY of the textbooks I have access to. Can anyone help me with this by passing on any information you have?

Not society and culture!????!!

IF you're using the leading edge / Dixon textbook, then I would suggest looking at section 11.6 - Government Policies and Inequality

And then looking at the info under the subheading 'Government policies to reduce inequality'.
