I have write an essay on this question What do you understand by the term Balance of Payments? Examine the factors that are currently influencing Australia’s Balance of Payments.

I need help in planning this essay like I talk about the structure of the BOP but where do I incorporate the cyclical and structural factors that influence Australia's BOP!

I'm all over the place need help ASAP!

You could incorporate the factors as you talk about the specific elements of the BoP. e.g. BoP -> CA -> Net Primary Income -> Factors (servicing obligations in the form of interest repayments on debt and dividends on equity)

Or you could just give an overview of the BoP and then have dedicated paragraphs on the factors. e.g. Combination of mining and low national savings -> foreign investment, marked as a credit in the financial account -> servicing obligations lead to a deficit on the primary income account
