I'm considering dropping biology given the overall workload from the bulk of my subjects, however I have one query.

Is biology a prerequisite for a course such as Dentistry?

What subject should I drop- biology/modern history (providing your opinion, benefits and disadvantages)?

I am pretty sure biology is not a prerequisite for dentistry, I think you just need to use this three terms to find out which subject you should drop. Advising you to drop either subject at this stage is quite pointless since you have barely experienced both subject at a preliminary level, and modern history is also quite content heavy as well. Just focus on acing your studies and don't worry too much about which subject to drop. Best wishes for you to ace your senior studies:)

I dont think Bio is a pre-requisite, but I have heard that it is useful for many health science courses (Medicine, optometry etc). If it isnt useful, then I suggest dropping the subject you like the least and the one least likely to count towards your ATAR.
