DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Case Example (1 Viewer)

Hey guys I'm in desperate need of a case study that is under the domestic violence tag.
In EVERY textbook there is a case about R V D. J. JOHNS (1992) but it is generic to do, and will become a bore when it is repeated over and over again.

ALSO:
I need to know what Laws & Amendments the law has made/implemented in light of domestic violence.

How about R. v Hickey? thats more for domestic violence - battered womens syndrome tho (its in the red pearsons textbook)
