This is from "On Giant's Shoulders":

"New patterns, relations, synergies, analyses and symmetries, new worlds, new words, newness swarming at every pore"

I think it's a good quote because it sought of shows how many new things can come from an imaginative journey, in this case the journey of science, and i think it would sound good if i could give the technique a name, if it is a technique that is.

I don't know if it's repetition or something. If it doesn't have a name I might just cut it down to "new worlds, new words" because the whole thing is a bitch to remember. Also is "new worlds, new words" alliteration? I don't if it is if there's a word in between.

I mean it's got kind of a rhythm to it so the first thing I thought was poetic syntax.

I believe that listing is actually a technique.

So i would say listing with the repetition of new.
