Does HSC plus and EAS stack? (UNSW) (1 Viewer)

say you got an atar of 80 and the cut off for your desired course is 86 and you achieved 5 bonus points from eas (if you are eligible for UNSW's ACCESS Scheme you will receive up to ten EAS bonus points) and also 1 from HSC plus will this mean you get a bonus of 6 points or do they not get added. This is for UNSW

It gets added during the late offers, when you 'apply'. So it only stacks for the specific course/uni you apply to.

I'm fairly sure theres a capping point on how many bonus atar points can be accumulated (bonus+eas) and i believe that number is 5, i could be wrong but fairly sure

I believe they're all seperate, EAS (maximum 10 points) + maximum 5 bonus points either from UNSW HSC Plus and/or HSC Elite Athletes (NOT 10 in total) + ATAR.

Although EAS points are hidden from us, applicants, I think getting 5 points + means that your situation must be extremely difficult.

But I do believe they stack up. Correct me if I am wrong.

I believe you can stack at most 10 points at UNSW and yes you can stack them.

Source - my friend got into Commerce with atar of 88 and he had EAS approved

Quite sure they are integrated for Unsw otherwise the stacking gets a bit out of hand because they used the combined ranks you above someone else who say got 86 (raw) as opposed to per say someone who got 79 with +15 stacking bringing them to 94 :/

Yeah, they stack up. A max of 5 from HSC plus and a max of 5 from EAS combined makes a max of 10 bonus points you can get.
