Like if the minimum is 98.5 but I got 98.35 and have EAS points, will they look at my application?

Has anyone heard of this happening?

I dont think so but my knowledge is very limited about scholarships I just finished as well. Only a personal opinion but why not try no harm done?

Do you guys know, how likely universities are to considering EAS points? esp, for financial difficulties

Not sure for financial (mine is medical) but apparently they definitely look at it!
