I had to attend an American high school for high school because of my parents' work. I'm an Australian citizen.
I have a U.S. High School Diploma, 3.9/4.0 GPA, 2340 SAT I (800 Writing, 790 Math, and 750 Reading), 790 SAT II Math Level II, 790 SAT II World History, 800 SAT II Biology (Ecological), and college credit for biology and chemistry.
I'm interested in returning to NSW and attending a uni there, preferably UNSW or USyd because I have friends and relatives there. I might go to Canberra also as my uncle is moving there in a couple months.
Has anybody been in this situation before? (Domestic student with overseas qualifications)
I hope to do Economics/Law or Engineering/Law and work in environmental law at a non-profit or government.
I'm worried as to how unis would evaluate my credentials and whether I would be at a disadvantage by not having gone to an Australian high school.......It is also difficult because it is impossible to predict where I might have a chance at.
Anybody have any advice/comments as to how I might be able to convert SAT to ATAR????
