hey.

i have to construct a table of contents for an input operators' procedure manual.

information that the company is looking for includes;

Parent organistation of the caller.
what the call is about.
sex, age group and postcode.



the question asks about a company wanting to link characteristics of callers to the socio-economic background data from the commonwealth bureau of statistics...

anyways, what sort of things would i write in the table of contents, i dont need to get detailed, just headings and sub headings...
