Differences between mathematical sciences and actuarial studies? (1 Viewer)

I just got results back (99.35) and I can have guaranteed entry into usyd's Master of Mathematical Sciences course and Actuarial at unsw/macquarie. For someone who is less inclined towards the financial side of maths, which is the better choice? I'm not sure which degree would give me the best opportunities in industry, and working as an actuary seems a little bit boring (it reminds me of any corporate job).

Any help?
