In case you were wondering here are the Quick Styles, Colours & fonts that I use for my notes. Excuse the non-original naming

You can use them to style your notes

How do we use them?

1. Open then in IE to see what fonts/colours they offer.

2. They can be imported into Microsoft Word, by copying them to the relevant


Copy the colour XML files to (where Daniel is the username)

C:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\templates\Document Themes\Theme Colors

Copy the font XML files to

C:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\templates\Document Themes\Theme Fonts

3. For the quickstyles copy to

C:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\quickstyles

or IMPORT using the Styles Menu.

I just downloaded the the files in quick styles and opened and saved them as templates. I don't really understand the way you're saying to do it. Do I get the same outcome or am I missing stuff the way I did it?

same outcome. The way I am saying is copy to the location where they are stored, and then reopen word they should be in the style, colours and fonts menus.

Oh right, so I don't really need the stuff in the font_templates and colour_templates folders?

those are colours/font schemes that go along with them, and appear under Theme Colour & Fonts etc.
