Custom Made Mobile Pictures??? (1 Viewer)

Hey does anyone know where or if there is a way to make your own mobile pictures. like im not too good at any designing thingo, so i was wondering does anyone know of a website that can do it for you or soemthing along those lines. I just need to make something for a present for the girlfriend, but i just cant seem to find anything. so any ideas people?|

You can use pictures from the internet (.jpg or .gif or .bmp) then transfer it to your phone and apply it as a wallpaper image.

If it's for ur girlfirend.. maybe have something good with her name on it.

You can use MSPaint, click the Text tool (the "A" symbol), click in the middle of the image or whatever and type her name.

she just got this new phone, and like her old phone had this cover that said 'Im a Fox' and it had a picture of a fox, the only thing is i suck at doing anything like designing. so i dont know
