Hey guys
Just curious, is it possible to work in criminology fields with just a psych degree, or would you need an actual criminology degree? I'm interested in combining psych with law at macquarie. I know that you can combine criminology and law at UNSW and UWS, but I definitely won't make UNSW, and I don't really want to travel to UWS.
Thanks

is there a specific area of crim that u want to work in?

psych is good for criminal profiling/counselling and the like...but u would have to do the full APS accreditation (i.e. be a registered psychologist) and this takes 6 years full time study

combining psych with a law degree may help as u say

:)

may be u should talk to academic staff at the uni's u know have crim and those that have psych and ask them where students now work that completed the courses
