the question is : evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in responding to changing attitudes and values in society.

the issue im doing is anti-terror laws, so basically do i just refer to a few laws in australia that prevents terrorism with cases and how the australian public can influence legislations?
Also do I incorporate international laws+cases that deal with terrorism?

this should give u a head start when dealing with the "effectiveness" of these laws, not gonna give away too much but think about "ACEPEAR"

basically the bulk of it should be Australian cases unless specificied otherwise, but provide a 1 or 2 international examples that tie in with Australian law or compare/contrast it.
