Corporatism claims thay society is only superficially based on individuals and democracy and that real power is held by special interest groups? Yes or no? And why?

Not really understanding the question. However, going off of what I assume the question to mean, I'd say yes. Special interest groups represent major corporations and therefore have a great extent of power as to the modification of legalities and regulation. Corporatism, which can also be coined the term 'crony capitalism', advocates for an economic system whereby there is heavy government intervention in the economy and a lack of freedom via the absence of the free market. Because of this, special interest groups do have most of the power as they control the market in a sense.

Maybe in America where the corps really do have sizeable influence(Donations,lobby groups etc..), but Australia has a lot less of that going here and it's definitely more a politicians game here rather then the corporates.
