Contracts Assignment (1 Viewer)

For those of you who don't know, I thought you might like to know, that the four legal issues we had to identify in the contracts assignment for this year were:

1. Minority,

2. Parole Evidence Rule,

3. Estoppel and

4. Privity.

I got three out of four and apparently not many people got privity, so I'm happy. Hope you guys did well.

i'm picking this thread to post this in, only because it's the newest

but shouldn't this subject stuff be posted in the other sub-forums? otherwise there's no real point in having them?

i think its coz everyone checks the general forum and some people want everyone to see

I can see where your comming from though but for some reason i don't like the little subforums we've got, i mean "our community" is still pretty lil and it sort segregates it even more, but if it is a big prob and lots of other pple would rather have it categorised, we could get asylum to move threads into their relevant section
