Hey all.

Today I was recieved an e-mail from UWS stating the following:

"You have a deferred place in the Bachelor of Arts at Parramatta Campus.

COURSE NOT YET AVAILABLE
-----------------------------------------------------
Unfortunately your course is not yet open for enrolment in our system. This means you can't enrol in this course at the moment.

If you want to take up your deferred place in 2013 you will need to enrol online by completing the 8 Essential Steps. As soon as your course is open, we will email you again to let you know when you can enrol by completing these 8 Essential Steps.

DON'T WANT TO RETURN?
-----------------------------------------------------
If you no longer want to study your deferred course, you do not need to enrol or contact us. Your offer will automatically lapse.

Just curious if anyone got this e-mail or if anyone knows what it means? I've tried calling them but can't for the life of me get in touch with them and they haven't replied to message, so it'd be nice if someone could help me out!

Hi, It is best to contact our Student Central Team on 1300 668 370 or on studentcentral@uws.edu.au for assistance with enrolment. If you still have issues with accepting your offer and enrolling into your course, I would advise you to contact our Admissions Office on admissions@uws.edu.au. It is vital that you ensure you accept your offer within two weeks of receiving the email, otherwise you may be at risk of having your offer expire. Best regards, UWS Course Info.
