hi i was just wandering if anyone has a good summary of the communication topic???

Yeah, there isn't that many resources on it. I relied mainly on class notes, the Heinemann module on the net and my teacher's photocopied sheets from "Surfing" which were really good.

There is a chapter on 'Communication' that can be found at:

If you type in the words: Infectious Diseases, it will let you download the entire chapter as PDF files.
