Commerce accounting major (1 Viewer)

Would someone be able to confirm that the accounting major in the bachelor of commerce is accredited by cpa etc, provided the correct accounting units are taken? I always thought this was the case however have seen a couple of posts stating that only the professional accounting degree is recognised by the accounting bodies.

Not sure specifically but I would assume any degree with an accounting major would be accredited, assuming you did all required subjects,
Some of which may be considered electives (usually law based subjects)
