theres so many uni courses and unis to choose from that it all gets a bit hectic. i personally don't really know what courses/career paths i want to go into after hsc, can anyone suggest courses that i should consider given that:

i enjoy all the subjects that i am doing atm; maths 3u, chem, physics and economic,
i don't mind english but i think that the hsc eng advance course is pathetic.

i need a job that is respectable

a job that has a good pay

i know that i'll get a uai of above 90 at my current pace, but it won't be any where near the 99-100. =p

so any suggestions? it would be greatly appreciated!
feel free to tell me about your thoughts and the courses that you would like to get in!

I'm not an expert on science field but since you're doin econ, accounting is one of your options (plenty of jobs avail) You could go through your options according to careers you may be interested in. Some uni's have set up their website like that. Here's UNSW's for example, UNSW Undergrad Handbook

Good luck!

do what you think you will enjoy. dont make my mistake and do something for the piece of paper at the end...
i wasted a whole session this year because i did law and it sucked
so do what you love, you can always change if u hate it

You've done a lot of the sciences (math, phys, chem), which ones do you enjoy most? (and which bits of individual subjects fascinate you?)

i really don't mind. but i've heard that science degress are harder than commerce. commerce seems to be more relaxed, so yeh...commerce it is.

When ur doing uni prefs put a wide range of courses...then by the time u get ur UAI you may have a better idea what you want to do (and you can change ur preferences if you want) it may also limit ur options :) Good Luck

Maybe combined commerce/science degree??
It usually only takes and extra year, maybe 2 depending on what uni u go to to get them both. I'm soughta in the same boat as you so i'm thinking about doing that combined degree......if i can get it :p

I think that's the case for most degrees at UNSW.
