nah i do intro chem, and i didnt have any pracs/lab sessions yet.....they do mark them though...but im not sure on this either....like they give us a lab manuel each week, so do we fill the blanks and hand that in and is that all that is assessed? like are we ever assessed like at school where you had to do practicals infront of the teacher and they assess it or is it all paper based and we can do it at home and hand it in?

I'm doing a science subject and 25% of my mark is assessed from the particals - lab manuals that I hand in. They are due usually a week after the prac. Also attendence will be assessed - less than 80% and they can fail you. Sometimes, you may be assessed on prac stuff like in school - it really depends on your subject and what your teacher wants to assess you on. Although, by now, you should know what your being assessed on.
