Hi. I'm looking for a case in the past 15 years where the defendant was charged with an indictable offence. Pleaded not guilty (using a defence of mental illness/intellectual disability) but was found guilty during the court process?

Thanks in advance.

I've got R v Sorrell. Accused had schizophrenic paranoid attack (or episode, or however you classify it) and killed someone. Convicted of manslaughter instead of murder with mental illness defence.

R v. Porter (1930), accused was acquitted due to evidence of a near mental breakdown and deep depression
