if you're asking questions like that, i wouldnt bother installing it yourself.

other than that yeah they are fuck easy to put in, depending on the car sometimes a bit harder

if ur serious do some research, i get my stuff from strathfield.

if you have any experiance with electronics or cars you'll find it easy to install.

P.S 6x9's with a sub is a big NO

Apart from that its mainly personal pref. as to how much u want to
spend over the quality u want or need.

When you say car audio system to what extend do you mean? Do you just want a new headunit so you can play cds, do you want new speakers with an amp to run them? do yoiu want a new headunit and subwoofer or do you want a full system with new speakers running off new amps and a subwoofer? once you make up ur mind or more to the point decide ur budgetb im sure we can help you out a bit more.
