When we add diluted nitric acid on deoxygenated blood ,does diluted nitric acid oxidize deoxygenated blood into deoxygenated blood ?

I think he meant oxygenated blood in the second one.

This stuff is biology, never did biology in the HSC and I forgot most of the stuff I learned in HSC Chemistry.
I hope to pick it up again sometime.
