hey pplz just wonderin if anyone is goin to the study day in westmead
has anyone heard anything of it and whether its good

I went to the one at wollongong uni ...

it just made it quite clear how far behind most of the classes were.

basically places great emphasis on following the syllabus dot points exactly and relating EVERYTHING in every topic back to wellbeing.

what other tips do these days give about cafs?

i went to it last year at westmead
it was $35
i dunno if i would recommend it
i guess so
it was sorta fun and they gave out good notes
but for someone like me it was a waste of time and money
i didnt need it

they go thru all the groups like elderly homeless etc etc
they talk about parenting and caring (that was a good talk)
it was an alright day..

yeah thats why im thinking of not going cuz i dont think i really need it, but i would assume it would help me get a few extra marks, also its pretty expensive this year for such a basic subject, thats why basically no one from my school is going, its $44
but my teacher recommends it so i might end up going
btw westmead is booked out

i went last year.. actually drove soha there hahaha
umm the groups in context thing focused on groups i didnt study so i found that irrelevant.. and when they talked about the elective topic like we hadn't even started it so we had no idea what he was on about
most of what they gave we had to fill in ourselves anyway and no one was bothered.. so i found it a waste of time and money
