Uhm, public school teachers like it and encourage its use too >.> Any teacher who wants their students to be exposed to as much source information as possible would recommend it, simple for past papers etc.

But teachers don't control what does and doesn't get blocked.
That's some Govt responsibility.

Seriously, just ask a teacher to unblock it..Usually the IT staff can submit an unblock request for their school etc, and get a site through...
