What is the best way of learning Japanese?
I've been listenin' to podcasts, reading some textbooks and watching Jdoramas/ TV shows...~

anymore suggestions?

Definitely do some writing and practice speaking. You seem to have got your listening and reading down pat, but you remember and understand it more when you actually apply it.

Write some letters in Japanese to an imaginary pen friend in Japan or diary entries fully in Japanese. Better yet, get a real pen friend somehow (like I do).

Along with your methods..

  • For learning new vocabulary - use flash cards and go through them occasionally. This method won't take up much of your time to memorize new words either and I found it effective.
  • For writing - practice! Refer to your textbook if you have to, but make sure you try using a large variety of sentence structures every time you write. Even writing a diary during holidays will help, because any writing you do will maintain your Japanese... and from my own experience, constant effort in languages will benefit you more than cramming :)
