Less than 3 months untill hsc bio exam, which past papers should I focus most on? Success one, cssa, independent, neap, various papers from specific schools ? Or should I just try and do them all with equal amount of time and effort?

For biology you do not need to do past papers.

Literally memorise the textbook and you will get a state rank.

I highly doubt that but yes biology is just memorisation, but kind of sick of memorising now. So past papers?

I do biology, but it won't count for me.
Memorisation may sound easy, but it is time consuming.
I'd do HSC papers, if you finish ALL of them then you can move onto doing other papers.

do the last 10 years of hsc papers. have your syllabus with you and tick off the dot points which get asked. that will show you what you can answer and what you aren't as good at. that should take you a while and will help you to memorise a lot

Do every ast paper you can find, don't limit yourself to just 1 set. You need as much exposure to questions as possible
