Okay, so i recieved my beleifs systems task. it requires me to explain the role beliefs play in my micro and macro world. However, i have one itty bitty problem. or two actually.

1: What is a belief

2: I have no idea what i believe!!

I can't really wrap my head around it att al. help would be majorly appreciated right now. If someone could just explain to me basically what a belief is, and maybe some examples of what some beliefs are OTHER THAN religion, it would help me soo much

A belief is "trust, faith, or confidence in someone or something".
Ultimately, a belief is basically something one accepts as true or real. It could be a belief in the education system or in popular culture. Seriously, everybody has beliefs; if you didn't, you wouldn't be human.
Maybe take some time and think about this issue. Sit in a quiet room and think about what you accept and believe in.
I mean, beliefs are often positioned very closely to religion; however, in Society and Culture, it isn't always.
This is a question nobody can answer for you.
Just think about it.
